Monroe student earns $3.4M in scholarships; named Valedictorian

MONROE, La. (KTVE/KARD) — A Monroe native will be attending New York University after earning approximately $3.4 million in scholarships and graduating as the top student in her class.
Zoe’ Bell graduated from Louisiana Virtual Charter Academy (LAVCA) with a 4.3 GPA and has been accepted into the prestigious Gallatin School of Individualized Study. She has been awarded the Jack Kent Cooke Scholarship and the Gates Scholarship. According to reports, Zoe’s college decision stemmed from NYU aligning with her aspirations.
She has served on the Senate floor in Washington, D.C. as a Senate Page Intern and was the Vice President of Leadership Development on the local and state level for JAG Louisiana for two consecutive years.
